Mel Broughton was granted bail yesterday morning at a hearing ahead of his second re-trial at Oxford Crown Court.

Stringent bail conditions imposed include not to enter Oxfordshire, participate in any animal rights related activities and others which cannot be disclosed at current due to legal reasons.

The news has been welcomed by his family and supporters.
