In early March 2010, 3rd issue of the international anarchist newspaper Bez Granits had been published. While the size and publishing schedule remained stable, the paper expanded its geographical coverage.

The issue includes locally-based analysis of situation in Kaliningrad, where twelve-thousand strong rally calling for Russian PM Vladimir Putin to step down took place in December 2009, a polemical analysis of gender-based oppression in Latvia, and overview of Belarusian government's preparations for the forthcoming presidential elections, as well as a report of a couple of month's worth of protest actions in St Petersburg. There is additionally an analysis of the situation around the Copenhagen climate summit which some local activists attended, information on anarchist libraries in Minsk (Belarus) and Tartu (Estonia), and an article on the history of kibbutz movement.
