Perhaps a day long eviction doesn't seem "all that" but for the numbers on the ground and the struggle on the roof and on the crane, many people, despite the apparent "defeat" of eviction came away happy.

the sun smiled on the righteous and even on the police. surges in the crowd, one of the main roads through bristol closed for most of the day, a ladder attack on the cherry picker, several baliffs covered in paint and god knows what else...

4/5 people arrested, and sounds like a couple will be held over for a court appearance tommorrow...
