No War but the Class War | 15.03.2010 13:15 | Animal Liberation | Terror War

"Stop the War has called a protest on Saturday 27 March at the prison where Lance Corporal Joe Glenton is being held after being court martialled and sentenced to nine months imprisonment for refusing to fight in Afghanistan."

"We are asking all local Stop the War groups to make this a solidarity day for Joe, with a Troops Home day of action -- street stalls, petitioning, local protests etc -- in support
of the only British soldier to refuse to fight in the Afghan war.

"A petition to Gordon Brown calling for Joe to be pardoned and his sentence to be quashed is available to sign online at the Downing Street website:  http://bit.ly/aQVY1C

Joe Glenton is in solidarity with the anti-fascist side, in that he is refusing an unjust order to deploy in an unjust war. The reasons given for the Blair-Bush war was false pretence--outright lies. The big lie that Afghanistan attacked the U.S. and threatened Britain. In fact those lies are proven in the anti-war movement that has spread around the world and has the judicial and political support for resisting the numerous war crimes committed by the U.S. Imperialist led camp inclucing the British underlings. It is not going to be long in distance before the Bush-Blair war criminals are brought to justice throughout the world courts systems and prosecuted by the anti-fascist side who are intent on world justice towards liberation which is the side that seeks the total abolish of aggressive war as the foreign policy of any nation.

Here is an example of the anti-fascist covenant that Joe Glenton is in solidarity with..
NUREMBURG TRIALS (1945)

Chaired by the U.S. Judge Jackson which makes international law as such, that the planning and doing of aggressive war is the supreme international crime on the planet earth as it actuates all other crimes high, low, big and small. He further says that it is the supreme international crime whether Germany does it or the U.S.A. does it. Further it says that 'just following orders is not valid if the orders are unjust. Every soldier from hence forth does not have to follow unjust orders, and that is the supreme internaitonal law, under which Joe Glendon is completly innocent in this case. The British Military Imperialist Army is in contempt of International law and guilty of proven war crimes in the middle east namely in Afghanistan and Iraq.
GENEVA CONVENTIONS OF WAR---(1949)

SIGNED bys the British Government says there are three most obvious war crimes being committed by the British and U.s. Imperialists in Afghanistan, 1) the targeting and killing of civilians, 2) the torturing and killing of prisoners of war, 3) collective punishment such as the bombing and droning of villages, towns and cities to rubble throughout the area known as the worlds Holyland, because the peoples therein abiding have taken up armed struggle to end the illegal military invasions and occupations of their countries.

The Geneva Conventions of war (1949) says that the peoples so invaded have the legitimate laws to take up arms and resist the foreign invading militaries, and their subsquent illegal occupations. Joe Glenton is not guilty, and the British Military has arrested the wrong man. Bush and Blair are the genuine war criminals that need to be brought to justice and trial so the world can feel that international law will once again be upheld towards peace and liberation.
