what the fuck is ;latuff saying here that is in any way pregressive? There is a mountain representing a bit of afghanistan. It is crafted into the head of a taliban fighter. And theres a tiny US soldier about to attack it.

So, afghanistan is talibanland, and america can come and have a go if it thinks its hard enough. What stunning work from latuff yet again!

i havnt a clue.

I'd guess with the "welcome to Vietghanistan!" hes saying the US are fighting a hidden enemy and will reach its breaking point at some point where the people back home get fed up of seeing the coffins come off planes. Every country has a breaking point. Japan's was when the two nukes were dropped.

But im not sure. Its a bit papp really. From my understanding its nothing like Vietnam.

Some of taliban are nasty people though, theres not as united a resistance to USA it seems. Though the tribes could make a consensus against the US,many people do just want better living standards.
No oil pipelines, no smack & real democratic international peace force if necessary would be good.
Proper democratic elections that allow consensus, instead of rigged, first past the post US style SNAFU would work better too.
