Interpol can issue international arrest warrants for Dagan and Netanyahu, as they signed off on the murder, if one of the stranded hit squad is picked up.

The stranded Mossad agents are as likely to be shot by Mossad [especially the money men in the US] as being picked up by private jet and flown to Israel.
