Stevenage council are welcoming the plans to build a new science park full of animal testing labs that will employ 3000 animal abusers. This is being backed directly by the government as part of their plans to turn the whole of the UK into the "Science Hub of The World". There is most certainly something very scary going on here. All these Auchswitz labs being built suddenly all over the UK.
