In early January, 2010, the Baltic region anarchist / libertarian newspaper Bez Granits (No Borders / Without Limits) has published its 2nd issue.
Its 12 pages are all in Russian and include an overview of recent anarchist / political actions in St. Petersburg and Belarus, an overview of sociopolitical situation in Lithuania and a story of a grassroots protest in Latvia, and a report on the 'really really free markets' in Estonia. There is also an in-depth interview with Durruti Column veteran George Sossenko, a shorter one with Crowd Control (who are a Russian anarchist grind band), an article to mark the 20th anniversary of St. Petersburg long-running anarchist paper Noviy Svet and finally a discussion of the previous issue's article on early 20th century Latvian anarchist robbers.
