Transition Market Saturday 13th February at Sneinton Market

Beccy Spurr | 19.01.2010 18:43

Following on from the success of the launch in December Transition Market is back on Saturday 13th February 10.00am to 1.00pm.

In addition to wonderful produce on sale, the Iona school shop will be there selling tasty whole foods, fair trade gifts and eco cleaning products, bring a bottle and get it filled, saving yourself money and resources!

There will also be stalls holding skillshares and workshops.

If that wasn't enough there will also be music to get your groove on to and free tasty treats to tempt you!

Transition Market is a volunteer run project to help build community resilience by re-creating a local economy, supporting new businesses and the promotion of skill sharing and education.

We are always on the look out for more stall holders, skill sharers, musicians and entertainers for future markets. Please contact Beccy on 07789917429 or  beki_boo65@hotmail.com if you are interested in (or know someone who would be) holding a stall, sharing a skill or even helping out organise the market itself, looking forward to hearing from you.

it's in nottingham.

last one was great, only every stall had bread on it, so i felt a bit guilty not knowing who to buy bread off!

Apologies I can see posting adverts at 6am leads to mistakes! Thanks Pete for filling in the gaps, however there was only one and a half stalls (out of 16) selling bread!
