No Animal Experiments Taking Place at Huddersfield University

LOCAL UNIVERSITIES INVESTIGATION

The Stop Animal Experiments at Bradford campaign has, over the past fortnight, been looking into other small competing local universities and their animal experimentation programmes.

We are pleased to announce that the University of Huddersfield do not conduct animal experimentation, nor do they breed animals to be used in vivisection.

There is no reason why other universities, such as Bradford, cannot follow a similar path and only be involved in in-vitro research without the involvement of animal abuse and suffering. SAEAB praise Huddersfield University for this and hope they continue to carry on non-animal research in the future.

Well Huddersfield is a second rate poly with an appalling score on the research quality index, they don't have the money to be able to invest in vivisection otherwise they'd be at it like the rest. Lets just be honest about that with everyone.

Don't portray them as being more compassionate, or making the right choices. They are capitalist entities just like every other university in this country. And the only thing that's stopping them from engaging in vivisection is a lack of investment.

Anti capitalist
