Racism against asians from a large company

I would like to publice the way in which a large company treats Asians. There have been 3 separate issues of serious Racial Discrimination/Harassment by this company which led to Asian employees leaving the company.

On one occasion this comapny insulted all Muslims by calling us all Terrorists. This company also implied Asians stole from the company and that we are all thieves. They allowed Racial Discrimination/Harassment/Bullying of Asian staff and took no action against the perpetrators. Instead the Asian staff left their jobs, but the Racist staff still work for this company. I have contacted them several times but they have not responded, which implies they have no answers to my questions. I believe this company should be named and shamed and if possible organise a protest outside their offices.

this implies that it is not one individual but rather the company that has done these things. Any evidence?

i read this as someone tentatively testing the water - scared and nervous so wanting to check in to what degree they would find a sympathetic audience here if they were to blow the whistle and name names/provide evidence.
if i am right i wonder how these comments would be received/understood by them?
we may never know.

Hi

I am not testing the waters or being evasive with my comments. Everything in my article is the truth and the company in question is MREF Hotels Tradeco Ltd, Nightingale House, 65 Curzon St, London.

Three Asian staff being forced to leave their jobs due to Racial harassment, bullying and victimisation is more than enough proof this company is Racist.

People who keep claiming discrimination when there is no evidence of it weaken the case when the claims are true.

As stated there have been 3 serious cases of Racial Discrimination/Victimisation/Racial Harassment.

Union have been present at all the grievance hearings and have witnessed the blatant lies and false statements made by the employers. The witness's were never interviewed as it would have meant people getting sacked, which the company did not want to do as the perpetrators were white and senior staff.

All the evidence and witness's will be presented at the employment tribunal, but I feel this is not enough because Mref Hotels Tradeco Ltd have let this treatment continue for 2 years. I believe some publicity will have the desired affect.

I would like to know the name of this company, e-mail me in private if you like. I am also suffering from racism at interviews, as I am not white and don't like to play golf, I am finding it hard to get work in my sector.
