why would i want to change from the eu law which gives individuals more rights than they had under uk law, to a tory or ukip law that gives the individual less rights and the state more power over individuals.

Its a no brainer.

I'd rather have my 'sovereignty' looked after by the EU than 'Bullingdon' Cameron and whoever is behind him.

What are you scared of? There is less chance of us getting screwed from behind if we are in the EU.
