Guide to Public Order Situations updated - new versions available

bob | 21.12.2009 17:50 | Repression

The Guide gets updated from time to time, as the situation changes on the ground or we (or they!) come up with new ideas. Feedback from you is essential - please check it out and get in touch. Print up copies in advance of your next mass protest situation and dish 'em out!

The latest version of the Guide to Public Order Situations, just updated, is available to read at:

What's changed?

21.12.2009 23:31

Thanks, its a really good introduction to public order law and one of the first I read.

Does anyone know what's changed since the earlier versions? Or are earlier versions available anywhere so we can compare?

Also, it would be really good if the guide had the date it was updated on it, especially for when its printed and could be left around for years.

date & versions

The date is and has always been on each version, for the very reason you state. If you search the web for it, lots of groups have copied it to their websites (rather than just linking) so they've all got old versions on them.

There's a plan to have an enhanced web version, in a few months time, which could potentially have old versions on it, we'll see what everyone reckons.

Do send feedback as detailed in the Guide, thanks.

Hey. It'd be good to have a link to the Scottish Activist Legal Project too.
Cheers
