anon | 15.12.2009 00:31 | Globalisation | Repression | World

The Royal Society for the Arts (the RSA, correctly title 'The Royal Society for the encouragment of the Arts, Manufacture and Commerce') fosters 'resilient communities'. The Lancashire Resilience Forum is a private body, does not come under Freedom of Information, yet is chaired by the Superintendent of Police.

The Royal Society for the encouragment of the Arts, Manufacture and Commerce (the RSA), President Prince Philip, Patron the Queen, 'fosters resilient communities' (1):

We have over a thousand Fellows and one of the liveliest programmes outside of John
Adam Street. In all our activities we seek to adhere to the spirit of William
Shipley's original mission, updated to reflect 21st Century issues:

* advancing global citizenship
* towards a zero waste society
* encouraging enterprise
* developing a capable population
* fostering resilient communities

The Local Resilient Forum in Lancashire is clear that they are a private body and therefore do not have to comply with Freedom of Information requests. The letter is signed by the Superintendent Peter O'Dwyer, chairman of the Lancahsire Resilience Forum, (General Purposes) Group. (2)

Why weren'e we told? Perhaps it has something to do with the murderous behaviour of members of this family and those who support them. (3)
