What are those feking cooperrative plackards doing there? Is this the full scale commercialisation of protest that we are witnessing here?
Tackling poverty? What about the huge amount of waste thrown out by cooperative supermarkets everyday? I'm sick of this short sighted liberal bullshit. We're all used to 'designated protest areas' reducing protest in to nothing more than a clinical media event. This blatent marketing campaign absurd though. Whats next? 'Climate Camp: Sponsored by RBS'?
On a similar note the scottish 'Wave' was endorsed by megabus who offered cheap travel to the event. Does no one else have a problem with this? Have we not learned from the 60s when entire movements were distilled into advetising campaigns:
