Anti-BNP Crown Court Demo - Liverpool, 9th December

Merseyside BNP's Peter Tierney is appearing at the Crown Court in Liverpool next Wednesday regarding his assault on an anti-fascist student in April. He will enter a plea and, if he pleads not guilty, a trial date will be set.
We will be holding a demonstration against the BNP from 9.30am on Wednesday December 9th outside the court in Derby Square, by the Victoria monument and have guarantees of support from other local anti-fascist groups.
We have been using Tierney's court appearances to expose the real politics of the BNP and to build a strong anti-fascist movement in the city. Let's have another big turnout on Wednesday and keep the racists and fascists on the run.
