SHAC loose ASBO appeal but fight on....

Three of four appeals rejected by the appeal court.

SHAC activists were given draconian lifetime ASBO's as part of their sentences - these prevent any protest activity and are a clear breech of human rights legislation.

Despite clearly demonstrating how this breeches their rights activists were shocked when the appeal court rejected 3 of the 4 applications. One lifetime ASBO was reduced to 5 years.

SHAC will now appeal to the supreme court.
