Not reported for a good reason

However much they might like the world to believe that they did this C18 simply don't have the brains or the resources to buy a Greggs pastie, never mind blow up a train. Big talk from little brains, all we can expect from the fash.

Dubious claims

Whenever there is an attack or even an accident all sorts of random people often claim responsibility whether or not they are even associated with the group they claim responsibility on behalf of.

For example when a a turbine disintegated at the Sayano-Sushenskaya hydro-electric plant in Russia this summer and caused a large amount of damage and killed several dozen people, there were claims of responsibility by Chechen terrorist groups even though it was plainly an accident.
