The Black Cat has been operating as a community social centre for nearly 2 months now, but this friday sees us throwing open our doors for 'in by a whisker', our opening night.

The gig will raise funds for local activist initiatives such as the radical monthly freesheet 'Bath Bomb', and also for the local posties to help with their fund to deal with the new years inevitable strike actions.

The line up so far is -

*Robb Johnson and the irregulars - punky/political rock
*Tracey Curtis - Radical folk with amazing vocals!
*Cosmo - one bloke and his guitar, as seen in internet smash hit 'oi mush'!
* A really cool, though as yet unnamed acoustic/ska outfit we found busking in town!

Doors open at 7pm, and entry is a suggested donation of £3unwaged/£4 waged, and we will also be putting on a bar, and dinner, all for suggested donations.

The causes we are raising money for are all in need of cash, and it look set to be a great night - so get yerselves over to Bristols smaller sibling on the 20th!
