SHACWATCH meetings

A shacwatcher | 05.11.2009 09:15 | SHAC | Animal Liberation

Here on Indymedia and on a number of other activist websites there has been posts stating that SHACWATCH will be meeting in London on November 11th. This is not true.

The SHACWATCH steering group has no plans to meet in London. For those individuals looking to be involved with SHACWATCH then please contact SHACWATCH directly via the website, which is  http://shacwatch.blogspot.com/

SHACWATCH was established to counter the lies promulgated by SHAC on their own website and on sites such as Indymedia - these sites have proved incapable of maintaining a balance between the minority views of ALF extremists and the truth - SHACWATCH will provide that balance.

Animal lovers are increasingly rejecting the violent and money making tactics of SHAC, join them and help us achieve real change for animals.

Animal lovers?

Are SHACwatch animal lovers then?

Do they want to see Huntingdon Life Sciences stop torturing animals?

I'm confused, I thought SHACwatch were pro animal abuse.

shacwatch is not pro abuse

05.11.2009 09:50

Despite the efforts of some within shac to portray shacwatch as pro animal abuse it is far from it. shacwatch was started by a former shac activist who objected to the money making of shac and the failure of its campaign. shacwatch has been instrumental in exposing the way that shac has spent the money collected from activists, the lavish lifestyle that some at the head of shac were able to enjoy on money that people thought was going to animal rights work.

The smearing of shacwatch by some within shac is just the latest in its tactics to stop shacwatch telling the truth about the activities and the failure of its tactics. Real animal lovers know that shac has failed and its drains energy, money and people from campaigns that do work.

Check out the shacwatch website and see the truth behind shac.
