The link is blocked by certain Internet Service Providers, namely BT which I have just tested. Try tunneling through a proxy or SSH to see it. I find it quite outrageous that we live in a state/country/world that uses censorship to hide ideas different to the ones they want us to have, yet this mostly passes without anyone noticing.. The link is there, the internet is bigger than it seems. It is just that China is not the only country that has a great big firewall.. Good luck!
