The third protest was arrested for abstructing a police officer, and has been charged as has the other who was arrested for breach of section 14. There bail conditions mean they cannot contact eachother or return to midsummers common where Zippos is statione.

No one who ever pleaded not guilty has ever been convicted of a S14 in the UK. The law is weak and useless. Defy it.

A helpful hint.

This is not the case. I have been convicted twice of section 14 after pleading not guilty on one occassion my conviction was overturned by Crown Court but only because the police had fucked up concerning the fact that there was no proper order from the ACC. The other conviction in 2000 and that of my co defendant still stands. I know a few others who have been convicted of Section 14 so I am not sure where you have got your information from.
However I do agree with you totally on fighting it all the way. The police often manage to mess it up or drop it.
