The former black terrorist (i.e. Piazza Fontana and Piazza della Loggia bombing) fugitive in Japan doing business in Italy. Through a network of companies and shops in Milan, Rome and the Veneto. With many shadows and turns of suspect funds

Delfo Zorzi
Delfo Zorzi

The trendy designer shops is called Oxus in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan, next to Biffi. A few smart shelves covered with expensive handbags, a pair of pretty committed. No one, passing by, imagine that behind that window you can stand out the shadow of one of the most famous fugitives in Italy: Delfo Zorzi, former member of the New Order, convicted of various neo-fascist attacks in Veneto, accused for the massacre of Piazza della Loggia in Brescia (1974, eight deaths and nearly one hundred wounded), acquitted - with a definitive sentence, but a thousand questions and after a conviction at first instance to life imprisonment - for the massacre of Piazza Fontana in Milan (December 12, 1969 17 dead and 84 wounded).

For years, Hagen lives in Japan with the new name of Hagen Roi. On him hangs a shutdown request recently confirmed by the Supreme Court, but can not be extradited to Italy because it now has a Japanese passport, acquired through marriage. As he knew that, from its offices in Tokyo, controls a number of companies related to import-export, duty-free and fashionable. It was also clear that billionaire and lives in the luxurious neighborhood Ayoama, protected by the Japanese government. But now 'L'Espresso' has discovered that the
business of Zorzi relate very closely, as his country of origin, Italy, where the former black militant continues to carry out its activities, with links that lead to unclear world parallel importation and illegal, according to some, even in environments of recycling.
The secret contacts between Italy and Zorzi is kept on the payroll and in the corridors of Gru.p. Italy, leather goods company with offices in Milan and Rome, formally controlled by a public company with headquarters in Switzerland, Luxembourg, Madeira, Isle of Mann and Virgin Islands (see box on page. 64). Gru.p. Italy mainly produces bags, both with a brand name (Oxus, in fact) and as a licensee of the most popular brands, including Laura Biagiotti, Luciano Soprani, Gianmarco Venturi in the past and also Valentino and Antonio Marras.

Besides the store in Milan, Oxus has boutiques in Rome (near Piazza Fiume) and in Veneto, in areas from which Zorzi, one in Conegliano and one in Pordenone. In Mestre there instead Legrenzi boutique, which until recently took care of Delphi's grandson, Erik. Even the entry of products and those parts: Salzano, a few hundred yards from the last address of Zorzi and Italian from the store of his brother Rudi, he too in the business of leather. Curious that the only store outside of Italy in the group is in Colombia, in Bogotá, the capital city not particularly known for the market of fashion brands. In Colombia had hidden Martino Siciliano, regretted that the first accused of the massacres Zorzi and had then withdrawn remuneration.

A Gru.p. Italy head are also a couple of factories abroad: one in Seia, Portugal, where we manufacture the front lines, and one in Uzgorod in Ukraine, where some forty local girls cut and sew leather handbags in a former furniture factory . Until two years ago, the company's business in the former Soviet republic were cared for by Alberto Caner, longtime friend of Zorzi, then a dispute over a matter of head missing (perhaps sold on smaller markets) ended the relationship between the two.

Administrative offices and the laboratory of the tannery where you create the prototypes are in Milan, in Via Riva di Trento 13, behind Via Lodi. It is in this anonymous brown building on two floors, controlled by a video camera, which operates Daniela Parmigiani, who has 58 years as Zorzi, which in his youth was engaged. Born in Mantova, lives in Milan, not far from the company, but it has a villa in Mendrisio, Switzerland, and is based in Lugano. Today is a lady from the look eccentric and blatantly overweight, with dyed hair and a few pounds of jewelry on him. Wrist, a clamshell phone set in a red leather band is at that phone that said some employees of the group each evening Zorzi calls from Japan to have the statement of the day, sold, new contacts. She is the sole director of almost all Italian companies of the galaxy, dubbed with names of pagan mythology so dear to the former extremist black Oxus, just like the river-god born, according to legend, the mouth of a horse lapis lazuli, or YGG drasil, sacred tree of the Norse tradition. In close relationship with Gru.p. Italy is also the Hobbit, which is based in Marseilles: a tribute to the writer John Tolkien fantasy, loved by people of the extreme right in the 70s. Zorzi has never made any secret of his passion for the Indo-Aryan culture, even in its translated Germanic: the name he chose for himself, Hagen, who is a hero in the Nibelungenlied is killed rather than reveal her secrets; Zorzi is called the daughter Siegfried, the male Einhard.

And it is the two boys, along with his mother, to be one of the fugitive through with Italy: their visits in the company apparently are not uncommon, since studying in England and have no problems with the law. In Gru.p. Italy, said some employees, it is often seen also the wife of the fugitive super, Shimoji Yoko, originally from Okinawa, a small black haired woman, who dresses and speaks a decent Italian. The same Zorzi would not resist the temptation to come several times in Italy despite the risk of being arrested: the company is said to be a messenger of the group to take a couple of times a year in Mendrisio and have him cross the border in safest way possible. Parmigiani Zorzi and other times you would meet in Hong Kong, one of the epicentres of the assets of the former ordinovisti, or directly in Japan, where Zorzi is suspected of being one of the greatest puppeteers of the market for counterfeit designer labels: a trip to the Far East invoice Every year several billion euros and for which the former Italian extremist has been denounced repeatedly. Together with Daniela Parmigiani, Zorzi was reported in Italy in '95, on charges of criminal association aimed at fraud and usury, for funding offered Maurizio Gucci (the entrepreneur then murdered ex-wife) in return for the exploitation of its brands in Asian markets.

The local business Gru.p. Italy and its subsidiaries the fog is pretty thick. The budget is about a turnover of ten million and a slight surplus, but the way in which money enters and leaves the corporate coffers to give cause for some concern. As a licensee of big brands, Gru.p. Italy agrees to sell in its stores or to third parties a guaranteed minimum of animals is never reached. To pay suppliers and creditors, the company would then use a very large number of loans - from five to ten million a pop - which are provided by the Vega, a Japanese company (whose name refers to a battalion of X-Mas Republican ) that Tokyo is known to head at the same Zorzi. At this point, to make ends meet, Gru.p. Italy would cede to this generation of Japanese society as the bags unsold balance of the loan previously obtained. These are collections of old and out of the market, at least in Europe. Thus Gru.p. Italy reach the minimum guaranteed by the big brands and may continue to be a licensee, but also turns such an amount of money between Milan, Tokyo and Switzerland to make it plausible that the company also used to something other than the simple production and sale of leather.

The rest are some of the same group used to tell how Daniela Parmigiani has asked them to make frequent hand delivery of envelopes full of cash, in Rome or in Canton Ticino, intermediaries and busybody who traipse on street corners and never in a home. Unique proven delivery of these steps, the offices of the Vega Lugano, where it operates Milena, accounts in Switzerland of Japanese society.
The climate at the farm in Milan, it seems, does not allow to rebel against this type of commitment and who does not demonstrate that it accepts the situation is soon removed. In contrast, the number one Parmigiani does not strive too much to the mystery on his close contacts with Zorzi, so that the news of his acquittal on appeal for the massacre of Piazza Fontana, stories, and enthusiasm out of his office to announce good news to all and celebrated with employees offering jugs of Negroni at the bar next to the company. Single device: no one should ever even mentions the former member of New Order with his name nor Italian nor the Japanese. So for all, via Riva di Trento, he is only 'GM': short for an office (that of General Manager) which of course does not cover Zorzi officially. It's for 'GM', for example, the first morning of the secretaries thought that - it is said - just arrived in the office have a duty to put in a manila envelope of type 'airball' a fresh copy of the 'Corriere della Sera', that is immediately sent to Japan. Beside the Parmigiani, in Gru.p. Italy operates a major leader, Joseph Olivero, a man of trust to create and liquidate the company and shares. Another executive, David Grain, formerly managing director, until a few years ago took care of the accounting and is now a consultant.

A Zorzi there, despite decades of inaction, even friends in other companies in the sector: as Paolo Giachini, a Marche today 55 yrs o. close to Zorzi in both the militancy of the far right as in work (he also traded in furs). Giachini is one of the few who, speaking with 'L'Espresso', admits having done business with companies including Gru.p. Zorzi Italy ", and then reveals that - at least in its environment - the real relationship between the company and former Milan ordinovisti were not a mystery. Among other Giachini is known to be the man offered his home in Rome for domiciliary arrest of Erich Priebke, the former German officer shares responsibility for the massacre of the Fosse Ardeatine (335 civilians killed, 1944).
Strange twists really, those of the trade of leather goods and the old lap fascist. Ties that have origins very far indeed. Even Massimiliano Fachini, the explosives expert Venetian neo-Nazi convicted of subversive association and an armed group, was international affairs with heads of leather and bags. And when investigating the massacre of Piazza Fontana showed that Delfo Zorzi hid an explosive, the gelignite, just in a lab, leather family on the road between Spinea and Mirano, while Mestre. All details which at that time had seemed on the massacres of relative importance, but which today may throw a different light on the history and affairs of a former terrorist who holds many secrets. And like his hero Nibelungen, the legendary Hagen, do not ever reveal a single one.

Strange favors at Palazzo Marino

Delfo Zorzi is not a common citizen. It was one of the most notorious far-right militants bombing. Is a fugitive accused of murder (Piazza della Loggia in Brescia), fled to Tokyo when they began to investigate him. He was acquitted of the massacre of Piazza Fontana in much doubt, and after a first conviction to life imprisonment. He was a leading exponent of an organization, new order, the courts have defined "criminal and racist. He obtained his Japanese citizenship (as revealed by the investigations of journalist Pio D'Emilia) so much suspicion. Created a business empire in the East, dealing in fashion with a number of companies based in tax havens. He was involved in several international investigations for infringement of trademarks and parallel imports of branded goods. He is suspected of being in relationship with the Japanese and Korean organized crime. Now, as reported by 'L'Espresso' in these pages, you find that his business also apply to Italy.

But in this whole affair is a seemingly minor but not a little impressed. And it is the fact that the shop Oxus in the Milan Galleria Vittorio Emanuele (a few hundred meters from Piazza Fontana) is granting up to 2007 in premises belonging to the Municipality of Milan, formerly part in the civil trial for the massacre of '69. Also surprising that the municipality seeks to Oxus - as revealed in 'The Express' adviser opposition Basilio Rizzo - a fee of around 3,500 euros a month, well below market values in the area. Finally lets puzzled that this shop has been honored dall'amichevole visit Milan's deputy mayor, Riccardo De Corato (National Alliance and former MSI), intervened on May 15, 2001 to celebrate the presentation of a sculpture of Louis Granette inspired the design of bags Oxus.

The Italian leather goods company and linked to the import-export turnover, which would head to Delfo Zorzi are different and all protected by trustees. The most important is the Group Italy leather (or Gru.p. Italy), which was recently incorporated the YGG drasil. 99 percent of Gru.p. Italy formally belongs to Poltec International SA, a shell company with headquarters in Luxembourg represented by that Marc Koeune.

The shareholders of Poltec are two other offshore companies, the Dhoo Glass Services, located on the Island of Mann, and Morville Services Limited British Virgin Islands. The remaining one percent of Gru.p. Italy is instead headed to Daniela Parmigiani, administrator of the company.

Even YGG drasil now dissolved in Gru.p. Italy had a similar shareholder base, with 5 percent to Parmigiani and 95 percent to Poltec International. Between related companies would Naxos Ltd., whose sole director is Joseph Olivero and which has, inter alia, the store Legrenzi Boutique Mestre, formerly of Erik Zorzi (nephew of Delphi): This Naxos belongs to 97 per cent by the Trust Morval Vonwiller Holding AG (headquartered in Geneva and offices in Lugano).

Connected to the galaxy Gru.p. Italy is also study N.joy Ltd., which is in Via Riva di Trento in Milan (where there are the leather goods workshops, administrative offices and a popular outlet), which is at 34 percent of Daniela Parmigiani, the Antonio Napolitano, 33 per cent and 33 per cent of Maria Paola Redaelli. Finally there is the Interservices Ltd. (which belongs to the 60 percent to Sorocaima spa, in turn headed by a company to Madeira, Cachak) administered by Giuseppe Olivero, this company has, inter alia, a leather goods store near Mestre The city of Zorzi.

It appears settled the diffusion Oxus Ltd., which owned 99 per cent to yet another trust (the Drepandeos Consultadoria and Marketing Lda, based in Madeira) and 1 percent in the same Daniela Parmigiani. Same corporate structure Gallery Ltd., also settled in 2003 by Giuseppe Olivero.

A major international limited company linked to international efforts would be Fidinam Zorzi, Lugano, whose representative is always Koeune Marc, the one who lends his name to the Poltec. The Fidinam among others has been under investigation during the investigation into the murder of Maurizio Gucci, conducted by the police of the core operating in Milan, the funding granted by Gucci Zorzi (thirty billion lire).

In this investigation were reported in July 1995 for criminal association aimed at swindling is Delphi Zorzi is Daniela Parmigiani. For both there was also a complaint for wear, because the investigators had found high rates of requests for loans.

In Japan, among the many companies related to it are Zorzi la Vega (which also has offices in Switzerland) and Zion both operate not only in trade in leather goods but also in other fields import-export business between the Far East, el ' Europe, with particular attention to fashion and duty free airports.

In the leather sector is also Delfo brother, Rudi, a director of several companies (Ek, Moder, Lepanto and others) also belonging to trust companies.
