WARN - Lush Support Hunt Saboteurs in the West

Lush Cosmetics have launched a new type of bubble bar called ‘Fabulous Mrs Fox’, from which, all the proceeds will go to the HSA (Hunt Sabs Association).

Lush Cosmetics have launched a new type of bubble bar called ‘Fabulous Mrs Fox’, from which, all the proceeds will go to the HSA (Hunt Sabs Association).

As if this wasn’t enough they have huge windows displays in all stores reading ‘ The Hunts Are Still At It’ and are encouraging people to sign cards asking the police to enforce the hunting ban.

Hunt Sabs have been in stores across the west helping to promote the product and encouraging people to sign the cards.

Here at WARN we would like to thank Lush or their uncompromising support against hunting and helping to fund us in the field protecting wildlife.

Lush talks

In London, we've also been doing a lot of sab talks in Lush which have been so amazing to do and we were really pleased to see the window displays and open support that Lush are giving us.

Keep up the good work guys (Lush and fellow sabs)!! :)

Countryside Alliance NOT happy!

16.10.2009 21:28

"Farming Today" on BBC Radio 4 this morning (Fri 16th) had an item on this very subject, with someone from the Countryside Alliance and a Sab. The CA are obviously most upset, especially as Lush has gone for helping the HSA rather than the fluffier League Against Cruel Sports.

All the more reason to rush to your Lush store: the bars cost £2.95. Active sabs will be quite familiar with the smell: more than a slight whiff of citronella, a.k.a. Bob Martin's Antimate. Coincidence? I think not. ;0)

LUSH are lush

I had the pleasure of visiting 2 stores to meet the staff and answer questions. I have to say they were the nicest people who were genuinely interested in the cause. The gratitude was going both ways, we got a goodie bag too! Lush are truly a company with ethics, long may they continue and hopefully never change.
I read a laughable comment on one of the newspaper articles where someone said they 'would never shop at LUSH again' as IF they ver had. These people don't give a toss about animal testing, I hope they continue to smear themselves in animal--tested and chemical laden toiletries and don't forget to have their flu shots too!!! ;-)
