update:
local community group has been refused access to the earth centre to harvest seasonal fruits and medicine
the council stated that the fruit was damaged and infected (by wasps) and the site is being used by the ministry of defence for the next 3 weeks
we can confirm the fruit is fine and our volunteers are very dissapointed that it will not be able to be distributed to the local community

what a waste using it as firing range,now in last 5 yrs as climate change is

Sounds like the earth centre just needs people living in it & maybe some exciting rides or games powered by ecotech. Paintball occasionally,why not?, as long as its respected, if they havent the council & MOD department responsible should be made to pay for damages.
No doubt some in the local council colluded with the Bernard Ingham TOry brigade$ to nimby, attractive wind turbines that many locals & many farmers want+need. At least solar panels are getting cheaper now.
