Chris | 09.10.2009 11:51 | Free Spaces | Sheffield

Yesterday, at around 5pm, notices were served at 10 Northumberland which state that a trespass hearing is due to take place at Sheffield County Court at 10:30am on Wednesday 14th October.

So the bad news is that the Social Centre will only be running from 10 Northumberland for a few more days, but the good news is that it will be running till then, so get yourself down there and join in!

There is a Nazdrove gig tonight:

landlords have always been able to get a court hearing quite quickly if they're together, and unfortunately NHS managers are good at that kind of thing.

If the place is residential there should be a week's notice of the hearing but if not it's only a couple of days. With injunctions it's all getting a lot more messy though.

I'm sure ASS will be poring over a copy of the papers for anything to delay matters

good luck
