On Friday the Nottingham Freeschool, a new project promoting alternative education, will be running a workshop on radical education at Nottingham University.

The workshop will consider questions such as: What do we mean by radical education? How is it different from traditional education? What does radical education in practice look like? The workshop will include personal reflection, reading, concept building, practical exercises and evaluation.

This will hopefully form the start of a series of regular workshops exploring different espects of alternative/radical education which will be held in different venues across Nottingham.
