MPS case against FITWATCH collapses

Prominent FITWATCHERS were today acquitted of public order and assault charges after Police evidence was discredited.

A charge of threatening behaviour was dismissed when Plod admitted it wasn't really annoying and an assault charge was dropped as the arrest was unlawful.

Unfortunately both were convicted of obstructing the FIT teams - appeals will be lodged.

Pity about the obstructions but these can be appealed - keep plugging away
