could you possibly translate that into english please? not all of us have any f@cking idea what you are talking about, and it makes us feel quite excluded. if you have a message to communicate at least try to make it so others can guess what you're saying?
Do as the article suggests, phone them, talk to them, pretend to be stupid and keep the conversation going as long as possible to cost them money. Otherwise set as many fax modems to redial as often as possible to block the line.
