The Waxman-Markey Climate Bill that is currently going through the Senate is the wrong Bill. It would also strip the President and the EPA of their existing authority to regulate coal-fired power plants under the Clean Air Act. We chew over the options for enhanced US action on climate change with Earthbeat Radio’s Daphne Wysham.
