Political Detention and Victimization :
1. When Haryana was formed in 1966 but the Agricultural University was not bifurcated and there was continuous discrimination against its campus at Hisar a student agitation was launched for the bifurcation of the university, and in the capacity of President, Haryana Students Association, He was with other students arrested and detained in 1969 and falsely implicated in a violence case. Finally the case was withdrawn by the Government and the university was bifurcated and Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar got independent status.
2. In the capacity of Senior Vice President of All Haryana Action Committee formed during Chandigarh agitation in 1970, He was with many other students arrested and detained for many days.
3. In 1975 for not fulfilling the demands of students and staff of HAU, Hisar, Black-flags were shown to Chief Minister at the time of convocation. At the instance of the Chief Minister, the University Centre at Ambala lodged false FIR without appearing any name in the FIR but falsely implicated me in the enquiry for which he had to obtain the anticipatory bail from the High Court and later on the case was not filed in any Civil Court.
4. When he resigned from the Cabinet on 1st March 1990 against the atrocities and killings in Meham bye-election in 1990, at the instance of the Haryana Government out of the feeling of political vengeance the University filed a suit of recovery in the month of April 1990, just for harassment in lieu of not completing the bonds time of service in court at Hisar. The case lasted for 8-9 years and finally the court decided in my favour and rejected the plea of the university.
5. When the prohibition of the liquor was declared in Haryana in 1996, the unnecessary burden of Rs.1200/- crores in the shape of taxes were imposed on the poor people of Haryana. 4000 Congress (I) party workers demonstrated against the imposition of these taxes on this day, politically motivated, a false case was instituted against 4 or 5 former Ministers of Haryana including me. And on the night of 27th July 1996 hundred of policemen raided his house, the gates were broken and entered into his house, misbehaved with his son and wife and thrown him out of the house and put him in the police lock-up. And this civil case lasted upto 2005 and finally decided in their favour.

(11) In August 2003, a serious conflict/feud between two khaps i.e. Kadian Khap and Sangwan Khap arose over the cremation of a boy belonged to Kadian Khap at Charkhi in Bhiwani District (stand of Kadian Khap) against the wishes of Sangwan Khap. Both these Khaps were so much adamant for their stands that the situation arose upto the extent that the cremation of the dead body could not be completed for 4 days. It is the unique example in the history that the cremation of a dead body could not take place due to the tribal character and stand of two khaps. If the cremation could have been completed at Charkhi then thousands of persons of both khaps who had lashed with all type of weapons, arms may have been killed/murdered. And it would have been a blot/black day for civilized society. Only my personal interference saved this serious happening and lastly the cremation took place at village Dubaldhan (Rohtak). All leading newspapers have covered the stories of this incident continuously for weeks together. Khaps and Sarvkhap Pradhans and intellectuals appreciated the ability for tackling the social problem with prompt action and extra-ordinary vision. It could have been possible only due to the love, affection and confidence of the people.
