Yet more nonsense and hot air from a government minister on climate change.

Last night I heard the sound of a government minister with his head up his arse! [Any Questions, BBC Radio 4]

Responding to a question on global warming and climate change he said we have to do everything possible to reduce our greenhouse gas emissions, must reduce our energy consumption, carbon emissions. A third runway at Heathrow Airport, bearing in mind aviation is the fastest growing source of greenhouse emissions? Ah, we must have balance, we must consider the economy!

It is not only Heathrow. Farnborough Airport, average passenger occupancy 2.5 passengers per flight, has applied to double its existing flights!

have their heads up there arses, their main concern is always the economy and profit they can shove that up their arses. Earth comes first always, after all no earth, no economy, no profit

plaid cymru jill evans Assembley member who was invited by vicky mellor to do a worshop at camp climate cymru, would all soo like to take people to brussels to see jil and talk about our carbon footprints, all of them are jumping on the band wagon, i have asked to go along or possibley a meeting in cardiff so as to save some CO2 Emissions, to date it appears those worthy and trusted to plaid may go, arse wipes the lot of them, make a date for next years camp climate wales and get the bacon butties on lads

The Scottish Minister for Transport, Infrastructure and Climate Change, until recently, listed among his interests 'Flying a Private Plane'. A bit like putting Herr Goebbels in charge of Jewish Affairs.
