Shilpa Shetty and kissing controversies go hand in hand. If it was Richard Gere's kiss that haunted her for months a similar gesture by a temple priest has landed her in trouble again. Pictures doing the rounds of the internet show Shilpa Shetty being kissed by the priest of the Sakhigopal Temple in Puri, Orissa. The actress was in the temple to shoot for her upcoming serial Mahayatra.
In the series of photographs the priest is seen performing puja. The temple priest was so happy with the actress' visit to their temple that he could not hide his thrill and cast a kiss on Shilpa. This kiss has landed her into controversy with many social groups claiming it to be obscene which had hurt the religious sentiments of many.
