For those who have been following this topic, the use of silent, through-wall technology poses extreme challenges for those who suffer the crime of organized stalking and electronic harassment (OS/EH), as the average member of the public is unaware such technology has existed for up to half a century. OS/EH targets often make assumptions about the technology which stem from lack of knowledge as to how conventional electromagnetic and acoustic signals actually work.
This lack of knowledge leads to public statements by targets, and even some who are not targets, which can discredit the cause of exposing these crimes.
This new "Tech Talk" e-booklet was set up to assist both OS/EH targets, and the general public, improve their grasp of technology terms and concepts which relate to through-wall electronic weapons.
The author, Eleanor White, is a retired engineer who has been a ham radio operator for 54 years.
The booklet is not copyrighted, and all are invited to make as many copies as desired.
