You have the Power to Stop Deportations
You will need Courage, Persistence and Faith
An Anti-Deportation Campaign involves organizing resistance to restrictive immigration legislation, and simply means making the government change their minds regarding an individual case.

Alpha Mbodi and family are safe in Sheffield
"Good news for all the asylum seekers who continue to fight to stay here. Alpha Mbodi and his two sons heard yesterday afternoon that they have been given indefinite leave to remain in the UK.
"I am certain that they would have been forcibly removed without the campaign that we organised and we must thank each and everyone of you for all the help and support you gave. Without it we would have been really lost.
"We will continue supporting other asylum seekers in the future especially those who are on the point of being forcibly removed."
Keep up the good work and thanks again.
Best wishes

Belgium launches amnesty for illegals

The Prime Minister Herman Van Rompuy (Flemish Christian democrat) has released the details of the Federal Government agreement on the regularisation of illegals
In order to be successful, applicants will have to show they are integrated into the community.
Illegals who have lived in Belgium for at least five years will be able to apply for a regularisation of their situation between 15 September and 15 December.
If successful, they will be granted papers that will allow them to stay in the country legally.
It is the Secretary of State for Asylum and Immigration, Melchior Wathelet (Francophone Christian democrat), who has the final say.
People who been working in Belgium for at least two years and a half can also apply for a residence permit. They will have to produce a labour contract and a regional labour card.
Other factors that can count in applicants' favour include anguage skills, following a literacy course or having children at school.
"Where is the clarity?"
Bar the ecologists of Groen! all opposition parties have slated the regularisation. The Government had promised clarity regarding the regularisation criteria. All opposition parties say that no clarity has been provided.
They also argue that the Asylum and Immigration Secretary has been given too much discretion.
The Asylum and Migration Forum that defends the interests of illegals has welcomed the accord.
It says that the one-off regularisation will provide a solution for many foreigners who have been living in Belgium in pitiful circumstances for many years.

SIX KEY FACTS ON MIGRATION THAT NO BORDERS HATE
24.07.2009 10:28
Net immigration has quadrupled since 1997 to 237,000 a year.
A migrant now arrives nearly every minute.
We must build a new home every six minutes for new migrants.
England is already the most crowded country in Europe (except Malta)
Immigration will add 7 million to the population of England in the next 20 years - that is 7 times the population of Birmingham.
To keep the population of the UK below 70 million, immigration must be reduced by 75%. Government measures so far may reduce it by 5%.
FACT GIVER
Re the six key facts
24.07.2009 10:47
New official figures released today in Regional Trends show that the projected number of households in England will rise by almost 4 million households in 15 years - from 21.52 million (2006) to 25.44 million in 2021. Of these, over 1 million will be in London and the South East.
By 2031, there are forecast to be 27.82 million households in England – a further increase of nearly 2.5 million.
According to Government forecasts, 70% of the population increase up to 2031 will be due to immigration. The largest single reason for household formation is immigration, which will account for almost 40% of all new household formation in England. Over the last three years, the Government has revised its projection for the number of households in England in 2021 up by almost 1.5 million.
The projections for household formation have been revised sharply up in recent years. Looking at the projected number of households in England in 2021, the Government estimated
- in 2006 that there would be 24.00 million households
- in 2008 that there would be 24.97 million households
- in 2009 that there would be 25.44 million households.

Wow !
24.07.2009 15:56
Good grief somebody from No Borders admitting that the populaiton of the UK is too high and needs to be controlled, I have to say I didn't expect that.
There are various methods of population control that can be used, financial is the obvious one but its all rather irrelevant isn;t it ?
Amazed
Racists fuck off
24.07.2009 20:30
As for housing, has anyone counted how many households have been destroyed by US, UK and their allies in Iraq, Afghanistan and other regions such as DR Congo torn by war for the sake of Western countries pillaging their resources?
Besides, the sources you quote look very dubious to me, especially since all routes for migrating legally are now very much closed and migrants with no status do not qualify for housing.
Racists fuck off - buy yourselves a brain.
