People from SHACWatch are threatening to "come and get" activists. These threats have been posted on Indymedia. We know who is doing SHACWatch. They did a Facebook page where everything was worded in a startlingly similar way to SHACWatch and this person has made written attacks against activsts via SHACWatch along with the personal details, comings and goings of activsts. Where are they getting this information from? Why are they being allowed to get away with this?
Worse still, there are other "activsts" who have been joing in and supporting the person behind SHACWatch and their attacks on activsts.
I will also remind people that SHAC is far from being a completely illegal outfit in that Camden Council gave SHAC a Council Permit to do a stall on Camden High Street. Are Camden Council terrorists?
SHACWatch are operating illegally and are threatening people with violence.
SHACWatch have now gone further. They are posing as animal rights activists in the form of "The Camden Sanity Brigade" [written in much the same way as SHACWatch and attacking activists in much the same way] and have turned their attentions on a Halal butcher who has spoken out against the lab and who is a very popular Muslim community leader, Camden Councillors who have spoken out against the lab, and scientists who have spoken out against the lab. [Scientists from the NIMR went to the Camden New Journal and the Hendon paper to voice fears around the lab].
SHACWatch is run by a very ill person and it needs stopping particuarly as they are getting hold of people's details...such as home addresses.
It is time that they are investigated and stopped.
