ryanair beining banned from charing extra fees on credit card

Ryanair has been taken to court by the german consumer council, and the judge has banned ryanair from charging extra on creditcards, since they do not offer cash payments facility. Apparently, the jude based this on the new EU legislation regarding internet transparency in nov 08. Ryanair was allowed revision, and it will take another year or so to finish this courtorder. The OFT havs recently been in the news, that they introduced ryanair to the new EU legislation to internet transparency, but have not mentioned anything regarding stopping ryanair from extra credit card charging.
