Queensland Governor, Dr Penelope Wensley, is unresponsive to judicial abuse complaints against her brother, Robert Wensley QC, by an unrepresented 12 year old bullied schoolboy and his mother.

Brisbane, Australia - Queensland Governor, Penelope Wensley, has staunchly ignored documented and corroborated judicial abuse and corruption allegations against her brother, Robert Wensley QC, a former judge in the Queensland Anti Discrimination Tribunal and three other judges.

Robert Wensley was the presiding judge in a complaint by Brisbane mother, Jennifer Nash, about severe school bullying and education discrimination which was never remedied.

Ms Nash and her unrepresented son claimed the judges were intimidating and biased and their courtroom audiotapes and transcripts were repeatedly edited in order to pervert the course of justice.

"Equal treatment before the law is a pillar of democratic societies. When courts are corrupted by greed or political expediency, the scales of justice are tipped, and ordinary people suffer. Judicial corruption means the voice of the innocent goes unheard, while the guilty act with impunity" Huguette Labelle, Chair of Transparency International.

Her local state representative, John Mickel, declined to give the bullied schoolboy electoral representation. Mr Mickel was a former Labor government Transport Minister and is currently Speaker of the Queensland Parliament.

When Ms Nash tried to address Mr Mickel and Premier Anna Bligh from the public gallery of the Queensland Parliament, Mr Mickel denied her the right to be heard and had her ejected from Parliament.

He told the Logan West Leader “it’s not fashionable but I like ... people who accept personal responsibility.”

After Ms Nash wrote to US Senator Edward Kennedy of Boston, Mr Kennedy made personal representation to US Ambassador to Australia, Robert McCallum, on her behalf. In a letter to Ms Nash dated 6 February 2007, he advised a response would be provided as soon as he received a response from Mr McCallum.

But it appears Mr McCallum never received a response from Canberra.

Dr Wensley is currently in England on a controversial $50,000 three-week trip that coincides with the graduation of Ms Wensley’s daughter, Sarah McCosker, who has completed a masters in international human rights law at Oxford University.

Due to lack of press freedom this story has never been reported in Australia.
