After offering rewards for the exact location of ISM/Free Gaza activists inside Gaza during the recent slaughter, Kaplan explicitly stated he would pass on the details to the IDF/IAF to have the peaceful volunteers killed.

Kaplan was reported to the FBI and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and to his service providers and quite quickly his website was pulled, twice. Though, true to form serial liar Kaplan lied about this on his blog claiming that the ISM has DDOSed his site (and edited out a whole screed of comments pointing out his lies):

At any rate, the scumbag has his site back up and running. He is still soliciting info on volunteers, he is still spreading malicious lies about the ISM and Rachel Corrie. But, he is canny enough to be a little more guarded as to why he wants info on ISM activists.
