EDO MBM/ITT blockaded

Smash the arms trade | 29.06.2009 08:39 | Smash EDO | Anti-militarism | Migration | Repression | South Coast

Early this morning the Home Farm Road premises of arms manufacturer EDO MBM/ITT were blockaded in solidarity with those made refugees by global military aggression.

The protest is timed to coincide with the end of the Calais No Borders Camp, and aims to raise awareness of the links between the arms trade, international warfare and the creation of refugees, as well as the increasingly oppressive immigration policy of the UK government.
