I am a fan of Latuffs, but anyone here who walks around in 'V for Vendetta' Guy Fawkes masks, or Watchmen T-Shirts should hopefully recognise a reference from Alan Moores masterpiece, Shadowplay: The Secret Team.

"Early on a reference is made to the number of gallons an olympic swimming pool can hold, and the fact that an adult human body has one gallon of blood; from then on, the victims of CIA activities (directly or indirectly) are quantified in swimming pools filled with blood."

Moore hates the movies of his work, but that graphic novel should be turned into a movie.

Latuff is not fit to be mentioned. In the same sentence as Alan Moore.

Oh BTW while we're indulging in whataboutery, what about Iran's support for violence in Palestine and Lebanon? and their various contracts with Russian and Chinese companies? Doesn't that make them "imperialist"?

How many of the 'Anony4chan' crew read Alan Moores Shadowplay before donning V for Vendetta masks and backing the CIA attack on the Iranian 'Axis of Evil' theocracy ?
If anyone on Indymedia knows anyone who knows Alan Moore, I would be interested in reading an inteview with him about all this dubious and meaningless adulation, and on his opinion of the CIA and Iran.

Yes Moore moved all the way to the USA and said he was going because Britain was becoming a fascist shithole under Thatcher, so he really must have wanted to go to Iran all the time... er...

Well, actually that fits, Danny. As we all know, the CIA has recruited entire cities full of Iranians to do their evil bidding, and nobody in Iran has ever had their human rights abused- because there ARE no human rights in Iran...! Only kidding, it's actually a socialist paradise just like the Soviet Union, and even if it wasn't, they got a really bad deal out of the Versaille Treaty, er, I mean, um.... ah....
