June 9th students at university distributed the first large run of The Radish at vale festival to students. The paper was re-launched after a series of incidents of political censorship at Redbrick by the guild of students i.e removing all mention of the student occupation from Redbrick, removing sentences from articles around the Gaza issue and removing articles critical of the guild of students.

The paper is run without hierarchy and the content was decide open consensually by students at the University of Birmingham
