Yes, our rolling free film programme continues this month with 56a presentation of a recently made fil about Lucio, an anarchist bankrobber, kidnapper and bricklayer. Full Unemployment Cinema also present Pitfall, a marvellous 1960's Japanese classic.

- TUESDAY 16th June 7.30pm: 'Lucio' (2007)

'Urtubia Lucio has devoted his entire life to anarchism. He collaborated with Che Guevara, robbed Citibank of 3,000 million pesetas, has been involved in notorious kidnapping ... all without missing a day at his job as a bricklayer.'

- SUNDAY 21st June 5pm: (Changed from earlier advertised 3pm!!)

Full Unemployment Cinema at 56a - 'PITFALL', Hiroshi Teshigahara (1962)

Based on the experimental fiction of postwar novelist Kobo Abe, Pitfall is a haunting, spare, and elemental, yet surreal and atmospheric portrait of alienation. Teshigahara weaves actual footage of coal miners and their hungry and desperate families into Pitfall to establish his sympathy for the workers, but do not expect a neo-realist call to arms.
