Mobile Marketing Company Mediaburst Acquires Promptext

Mediaburst today announces the acquisition of Promptext Limited’s UK operations enabling the award-winning mobile marketing company to consolidate messaging volumes and to provide Promptext customers with an enlarged product range

Promptext has been providing SMS marketing services since 2000. With Mediaburst expanding its range of services this year to include MMS and Outlook Mobile Service, the acquisition of Promptext's customer base makes commercial sense.
