Chips as small as this point : ".' can be injected into brain through vein injection of vaccine. Lighter than blood, they naturally come up to internal ear anastomosic tissues by Archimede law. Those chips can then be manipulated at any scale by micro-waves pulses triggered from cell phone, truck, plane or even space (using HAARP project 's ionic layers as mirrors for the waves in that case).
