Still not got it ?

Indymedia is not the place for this event, I suggest an advert in The Lady is your market
Radical Vegan
Radical? HAHAHA
15.05.2009 08:29
So "radical vegan" what qualifies you to dictate how everyone else should behave and to judge activists who have campaigned hard for animals for decades?
I fail to see why anyone who is genuine animal rights activist would whine so much about something that they could actually stay away from and do something else instead!
You are either an armchair critic, a fool,or something more sinister.
Lynn Sawyer
This is great news

We are really pleased to hear that there are real, proper animal rights people who will be far better than us at dealing with this riffraff. Just a suggestion, it would mean so much if we could relinquish responsibility for these protests and be led by you your radicalness.
We are probably going on Sunday 15-00-17.00 will you honour us with your presence and show us the true way of radical vegan protest? Can you bring some pals who like you are radical and vegan? Saturday is out of course because we are all going to Veggie Pride then that well known hive of Bourgeois poshness the Waggon and Horses.

The cause of animal rights has been set back a decade by this gang of no it alls and their approach to the cause. The laughing stock that S.H.A.C. became is being continued by them and their use of the same failed tactics. Lynn having met you once I am sure your heart was once in the right place but after all that has gone in over the past two years you are in no way the voice of AR that you maybe once were. Far to many people know about what you did to trust you again and your behaviour at the time of Sean's arrest was too much for many of us.
If you trully do want to help the cause and individual animals then I suggest you stop your involvement with nectuwatch and Chris, think long and hard about your relationship with Dave Hill of the Guardian and find another way to help the animals.
And please, please do not accuse me of being Steve Discombe or some other cop, this is now your standard response to every post where you are mentioned and it's getting tiresome.

waste of bloody time of you ask me but I suppose it might do some good. I wont be bothering.
There was a comment the lat time this event was on Indy saying that veggie events are getting like gay pride stuff, nice safe company sponsors, bring the kids, face painting and all that while making sure nothing radical goes off. I agrre with that thought. Makes me wonder if there is some money being made by somebody
Non attender

In what way does Veggie Pride say this is the only way forward?
In what way is Veggie Pride middle class?
In what way is Veggie Pride corporate?
Where in the programme does it say now a word from our sponsers?
Are ther any corporations involved in Veggie Pride cos i can't see any on the website?
Please tell what veganism is all about cos we've only been doing it for about 25 years and we're still confused?
RADICAL VEGAN YOU HAVE ISSUES MATE. SERIOUS ONES. ROUTINELY KICKING OFF DOES NOT MAKE YOU RADICAL. YOU HAVE TO START THINKING BEFORE YOU CAN BECOME RADICAL AND YOU CLEARLY DO NOT THINK VERY MUCH.
Non attendee...
As for your comment wondering if someone is making any money out of it, that's so stupid it's laughable. It's a free event so exactly where would the money come from? Mind boggling eh.
