where local people were protesting before the outbreak happened because of waste from it pouring into their water supply
yeh maybe a money spinner for Roche, but swine flu could kill millions,like it did in 1918.

What a rubbish cartoon, still, I suppose it's only to be expected from someone who took money from right wing Iranians who wanted a "discussion" about "the realities of the Holocaust" (and to have a laugh at the expense of the survivors).

When you tolerate the denial of historical events, it's pretty hard not to be as ridiculous as your sinister. Why NOT deny the existance of the 'flu? You might as well, it prolly ain't gonna kill as many as the Nazis, and you're cool with people who deny that ever happened - ain'cha Latuff?

is he provides his email with his cartoons. I've found him to be open to arguments and a very instructive artist.

I don't think these cartoons of his are wrong or misleading but I may email him privately about them. I think he has missed an opportunity. When I think of an impoverished Mexican town sprayed by poisoned pig shit from an american agrobusiness until a potential global plague is created, then I picture a more cutting cartoon. When I think of Mexicans dying because their government can't afford to pay for copyrighted medicine then I sort of wish I had Latuffs innate talent. When I see honeymooners getting sick on a plane home from a self-indulgent holiday, because airlines stopped filtering the air when smoking was banned, well, I have yet another cartoon that I feel summarises our age, our helpless, hapless, well-meaning era.

Kind of funny really that whenever Latuffs cartoons appear on indymedia we have to be exposed to these juvenile comments appearing IMMEDIATELY afterwards. Ad Hominem still works wonders doesn't it guys.

Why don't you actually get to grips with the bones of what Latuff is saying? So lets play a game....finish the following sentence.
