Brisbane, Australia - Queensland Governor, Dr Penelope Wensley, has declined to comment on allegations of judicial abuse involving her brother Robert Wensley QC, a Judge in the Queensland Anti Discrimination Tribunal.

Mr Wensley was the presiding Judge in a complaint about severe school bullying and education discrimination lodged on behalf of a 12 year old boy by Brisbane woman Jennifer Nash against Education Queensland.

The other Judges mentioned in the judicial corruption complaint by Jennifer Nash are Queensland Anti Discrimination Tribunal President Jean Dalton QC, Queensland Supreme Court Judges Ann Lyons and Roslyn Atkinson.

She first aired allegations of judicial bias, intimidation and repeatedly and severely editing courtroom audio tapes and transcripts in order to pervert the course of justice during her radio interview on 29 March 2007 with radio presenter Chuck Brooks from Brisbane Radio 4BC.

During that interview, Mr Brooks informed radio listeners that he would contact the Tribunal for their comment on these allegations, but the Tribunal and government to this day staunchly have refused to comment or even acknowledge the allegations in the media.

The allegations have also been mentioned by the international press including the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Daylife and many others.

Published letters to the Editor of her local newspapers, the Logan West Leader and the Logan and Albert News on 1 February 2008, 13 February 2008 and 30 May 2008 reiterated her obstruction of justice allegations under the publication heading “Call for state to act on corruption claims”.

Her local State and Federal Members of Parliament, John Mickel and Craig Emerson have declined to raise this matter in Parliament on behalf of Jennifer Nash and her son.
Governor Wensley has not responded to correspondence and phone calls in relation to the abuse claims involving her brother and the three other Judges.

Ms Nash’s teenage son was unable to obtain legal youth advocacy and was represented in the Tribunal and Supreme Court hearings by his untrained mother. His complaint was dismissed when he did not return to the Tribunal following several adverse incidents in the court and he was ordered to pay $ 28,168.25 in legal costs to Education Queensland contrary to the letter and spirit of the Anti Discrimination Tribunal charter.
