Don't torture the lawyers

We should not use waterboarding, walling, sleep deprivation, nudity, insect confinement, slaps, water dousing, food deprivation or cramped confinement on any of the lawyers who will be arrested and questioned for telling the CIA that the above tortures was not torture.
They would still, no doubt, think, that if they were being subjected to any or all of the above tortures, that it was not torture at all but routine police investigations.
Tough guys these.
