Civil Rights of property owners are being violated by the California Department of Agriculture in a small town in the Ojai Valley in Southern California.

The California Department of Agriculture, the California Highway Patrol, and TruGreen ChemLawn forced entry onto Lynda Rader's private property in The Ojai Valley in southern California and sprayed the pesticide Dipel. Linda's civil rights were violated by the CDFA. The CDFA has contracted the pesticide application company TruGreen ChemLawn to spray each residence within the quarantined area of Meiners Oaks 3 times. More than two dozen people refused the spraying initially and were served with court orders. Residents were initially told by CDFA representatives that they could choose to not have their property sprayed with the Btk formulation of Dipel

please watch the footage and let people know about how the CDFA has violated peoples civil rights.
